We ask volunteers to register to attend pack days, and we open registration three weeks before the upcoming pack date. The pack days are a lot of fun and a great opportunity to Connect & Share™ with other families. Hundreds of volunteers join us to pack boxes, and many folks travel from all over the country to be here to support our Marines in combat zones. On the Friday before pack day, we need volunteers to help with preparations, specifically the customs forms and letters going into the care packages. When registration opens, you'll be able register for Friday volunteering as well. We'll serve lunch on Friday.

We provide breakfast on Saturday and are always looking for area restaurants to donate the next breakfast for our volunteers. If you are a local business and would like to help us with that, please contact us at 573-449-2003.

We have limited hotel rooms available a mile from the office for folks coming from long distances. The Courtyard Marriott gives us a great rate. Reserve early please, 573-443-8000.
